All you need for this will be emailed to you when you join.

Are there transcripts of the audio coaching?
Yes! Each audio comes with a transcript.
And it uses some cool tech that highlights the words as the audio plays. Perfect if you like listening and reading at the same time.
Playback speed is adjustable. And click on a word to jump to that position in the audio!

How long is each audio?
Sometimes we’ll be cramming a LOT of value into a small space. And it will depend on the topic.
My “sweet spot” is around 15 minutes. But approx. 10-20 minutes.
When do I get the audio coaching release?

Do I get one-to-one or group coaching?
