Is there a transcript?
Yes! The transcript comes in the body of the email.
And you’re welcome to print it out for your own private use, if that’s helpful.
Is there a sample to hear?
Not just yet. Soon, my patient friend.
In the meantime… here’s a section from one of my courses.
You decide whether the sound of my voice sounds like fingernails down a chalkboard… or not.
How long is each audio?
Sometimes we’ll be cramming a LOT of value into a small space. And it will depend on the topic.
My “sweet spot” is around 15 minutes. And it’s more likely to stretch out to 20 minutes when needed, than be shorter.
When do I get the first audio release after subscribing?
You’ll be sent it on the next release date. They are released on Thursdays (EST). Usually before 5am.
So make sure you subscribe on a Wednesday or earlier. Because if you subscribe on a Thursday you’ll be waiting a full week. 😢
You’ll be sent releases for the rest of the month that you have subscribed for. Once that end date arrives no more releases will be sent to you.
Do I get access to previous releases?
When you start your subscription you get the next release. And the ones after that while you remain subscribed.
So it’s like a magazine subscription. You don’t automatically get past issues.
BUT… You CAN get hold of past Email Ace releases, like this…
Look for the tick box on the order page.
When you add the “Catch Me Up!” Pack to your order… you’ll be given immediate access to just about all the previous releases. Right up to the last release before you subscribed.
Some special, extra-valuable releases are ONLY available to subscribers. And I don’t put them in the pack. This is so my existing loyal subscribers always get a better deal than new subscribers.
If I unsubscribe, do I get releases for the rest of the month?
You will get releases that come out during the period of your subscription.
If you unsubscribe, you will still get releases until your subscription month ends.
Do I get one-to-one or group coaching included?
No.
BUT you do get the option to email me your questions. And I will answer during the coaching audio. Or I may choose to reply to your email with a brief answer.
I’m not (yet) putting hard limits on the numbers of questions per subscriber. I simply ask you to send one question per email. And be respectful of my time.
Can I subscribe if I’m not on your email list?
Nope.
Why would you want to? It’s a hand and glove kinda thing.
If you unsubscribe from your email subscription, I will cancel your Email Ace subscription.
When will I be billed?
Billing recurs every month. Generally it will be on the same day of the month it was when you first subscribed.
What happens if I unsubscribe after less than 6-months?
I’ve asked you to make a 6-month commitment for your own benefit.
And because I don’t want people coming and going willy-nilly. It’s an administrative pain in the backside.
Of course, you can unsubscribe whenever you want.
If it’s because of financial reasons, I suggest you DON’T RESUBSCRIBE until you have a steady income that allows you to invest in yourself with this subscription.
Resubscribing is not a right. I’m not wantonly capricious (so I’m told). But WILL refund and block people who cause me unreasonable administrative headaches. So… don’t be that person! 😄
Is there a money-back guarantee?
Not for this low-priced subscription. But canceling is possible at any time.
Simply make sure Email Ace is what you want before subscribing. If in doubt, don’t subscribe.

The subscription is billed monthly. If you cancel there is no partial or full refund.

Is there a community?
No. Subscribers cannot directly interact with each other.
But it’s not out of the question as a next-level kind of membership.
For now, interaction is through questions. And me offering answers to those.
Why is it so cheap?
Because I want it to be. So it’s an accessible entry point to coaching. Particularly if people are starting out with email.
Email Ace is still in its “beta period” while I’m getting things moving along. When the beta period ends, the price WILL go up. But I’ve got no fixed time set for this.
No matter what… subscribers will keep the price at the time they subscribed (barring exceptional circumstances that force my hand). 😄
