I like simple things.
Simple things are things I can wrap my head around.
And don’t strain my brain muscle.
Simple things mean I don’t have to get bogged down in details before I understand what they’re about.
Take getting a good night’s sleep.
I know it’s beneficial for my overall health and wellbeing.
And is also going to get me the best results when I’m writing. Because I’m rested. More alert. And less distracted.
But I also know that, although it’s a simple thing to do: just go to bed at 10pm every night…
… it’s not easy to do until that habit is ingrained. (Working on it!!)
I’m forever wanting to cram more things into the end of my day.
I tell myself those last tweaks on that Canva design can’t wait until tomorrow…
Or squeezing in watching another 20-minute episiode of The Big Bang Theory won’t hurt.
So, although I appreciate simple things, I also accept the reality that:
Although they’re simple… it doesn’t mean they’re easy.
There’s habits to form, re-form, or break.
There’s skills to gain.
There’s learning to be had from making mistakes.
So when you hear me say that bundles are a simple way to grow your email list.
Read it with a healthy perspective of:
Simple. But not easy.
But don’t let me put you off.
Because it doesn’t mean impossible.
Or only the most elite business owner can pull off being part of a bundle.
In fact it’s one of the most beginner-friendly collaborations for list growth.
It’s just that there’s a bit of work needed to get started with them.
