Just been out for a long walk. And — phew! — was it hot 🥵
Arrived home to find Vicki just about to mow our jungle-like front lawn.
“Let me manicure that for you m’lady,” gallantly saith I.
“Thank you, gentle sir,” cometh her reply.
Lol 😆
(That’s probablyeth not-very-good-eth fancy-oldeth English either)
But…
She was happy me taking over. And not having to mow in the hot sun.
Then… it was game-on.
The game?
Race around and cut the lawn before my allergies go all Beatrix Kiddo on my sinuses.
So… I was on a mission. Whizzing around. Chopping anything green in sight.
Apart from my nose, that was running a mile a minute (is this the sort of thing people say in emails?!?)…
My brain was also pouring forth a near-constant stream.
It seems to happen a lot when I get outside and do some physical activity…
I guess because I’m away from screens. And probably my worries too. And am just a bit more chilled.
It felt like I was stopping every 5 seconds to quickly whip out my phone and note down another idea.
Something for an email. An article topic. A person to contact.
I’m pretty sure I’ve made a thing about this in other emails.
But…
I keep being amazing about what brains can do when given some space. Even mine.
I just wish I could corral mine to come back and process some of those ideas from time-to-time.
Although, to be fair… plenty do make their way into emails that you might have read.
But others are still waiting for their stand-before-Simon-Cowell-moment.
Have you noticed times when your brain is especially productive on the ideas front?
Let me know… if you’re in the mood for sharing.
Would be nice to hear about your similar experiences…
So we can prove — without a shadow of a doubt — I’m not completely mad.
Yeah, OK… who am I kidding, right?
🤪
So I guess that means I’m mad enough to say: “Go berserk with BerserkerMail” if you want industry-leading deliverability for your email.
