Dr. Joe Vitale is often credited for coming up with the phrase: “money loves speed.”
And many successful business owners would swear it’s a truism.
The gist is:
It’s a good idea to not wait around forever perfecting your product or service before putting it out into the world.
I see it as tapping into the 80/20 rule. Where 80% of results typically come from 20% of your efforts.
So best to focus on that 20%. And get it in front of your market. Quickly.
It’s why there’s a trend nowadays toward producing “minimum viable products.”
If it does OK with customers, then it can be tweaked. To become even better.
But if it bombs, there’s no need to spend any more time or money on it.
Being able to test your product ideas quickly can save you from the pain of pouring your heart and soul into something that your audience just doesn’t want.
