I don’t think I’ve bought a flag before.
Just never thought I needed one to make my life more complete.
When it arrives in a couple of weeks (🤞) it’ll be gracing the wall in my office.
You could say it’s a frivolous thing to to buy.
Could have put the money to other things, I guess.
But then I wouldn’t have a cool BerserkerMail flag!
Perhaps it’s a crazy fanboy thing to do.
But hey, with all the fangirling that goes on in my household…
I mean… my kids own things like light sticks for certain K-Pop bands to use at their concerts.
Not to mention collectors albums, t-shirts, and whatnot.
Nobody here can point a finger with any sense of moral superiority.
Plus:
They should be thankful I didn’t take things as far the the COO of BerserkerMail.
Heck!… she tattooed the logo on her wrist!
So, this flag will hang as a reminder of what I’ve bought into. And the reasons I’m grateful to be a BerserkerMail customer.
You see… I like the level of committment from the owners. They “eat their own dog food”. Every day they use BerserkerMail to send tens of thousands of emails.
For me, the software makes sending my daily emails a dream.
But can you guess the biggest impact on why it’s been a fantastic experience?
The helpdesk.
Simply great customer service.
It’s because they’re incredibly polite and helpful…
Answering my questions. Being very patient with me. Pointing me in the right direction.
I can’t say I’ve ever had a better helpdesk experience.
And… do you know what?
This is the kind of thing that can make you and me stand out when we’re working with our own clients.
Even if you’re offering a commodity service — and there’s nothing particularly unique about what you do…
You can create your own uniqueness by providing an exceptional customer service experience.
I’m talking about:
When they think of you… they’ll have a warm feeling of appreciation.
Because they know you genuinly care for their business success.
And are confident you have their back when they need you.
It doesn’t take much effort to do this. Just being easy to work with, friendly, and ready to solve problems.
So, because I’m feeling those warm feelings towards the team at BerserkerMail…
Buying some merch almost became a “must do” when their store opened a few days ago.
That’s why I bought a flag.
Plus… it looks flippin’ cool.
