Something spooky this way comes

$12.2 Billion!

That’s the amount the National Retail Federation predicts Halloween spending in the United States will reach this year!

Absolutely smashing the pre-covid records.

From pumpkin carving to costume parties… it’s kinda baked into the American DNA.

Dollars to donuts there’s something Halloweeny going on for you today.

Hope it’s fun!

Meanwhile… in my antipodean paradise…

While there’s blips of celebrations and scattered hoards of children knocking on doors and disturbing the elderly while they’re in bed…

In general:

Halloween is a bit “meh” for us Kiwis

I don’t say this to insult. It’s just a cultural difference, I guess.

Sure… I could get into the spirit…

I mean that “Hot Devil Adult Costume & Headband” from our local store would look great on me— er… my wife 😅

And I could probably pull off the vending machine costume. You know… the one full of we-don’t-want-a-lawsuit generic-looking “brands”.

Now, as much as retailers — who love the sweet, sweet cash register melody — try to make it a big deal…

It’s really NOT a big deal in New Zealand.

It’s pretty much: just another day

But you know what IS a BIG deal?

Wait for it…

Wait for it…

Yes… you guessed it…

You’re not, Chris… are you?

Yes, I surely am…

And… dripping with affiliate links…

Just about to catapult you through the cheesiest transition ever to promote a product.

Of course you wouldn’t entertain the thought of copying me.

You’ll — naturally — make yours as smoooooth as butter.

So … ahem … this is … ah … just here to show you what NOT to do.

Or…

Maybe I was just feeling lazy today.

Whatever you decide I’m thinking… 🤔

It won’t change how big a deal you can get for the Systeme.io startup annual plan:

30% off!

Niiice!

And that’s the same plan I use to run 3 websites right now. And manage product sales and email automations for other projects I’m working on.

You can actually keep running your website on the free-forever version as long as you like. Even an email list. And sell products and courses.

In fact 99% of features that the paid versions have are available in the free one.

But what you DO get is more wiggle-room with your automations and numbers of things like domains, funnels, courses, contacts and so on.

Great for when thinking beyond your first website.

Plus:

It removes the branding — if you don’t like that sort of thing on the bottom of your website or emails.

Having a website that just works… and lets me set it up to look how I want… and is future-proof for emailing, selling products, running courses, and hosting communities…

Well…

I’m sold. And have been for the last 1.5 years since I started using it.

I promote it because I use it and think it’s great. That’s my policy for anything I promote as an affiliate.

You might also find it’s the bees knees for your freelancing website — or even client projects.

It’s risk-free to try out on the free-forever plan:

Go here to sign up

And…

If it’s a happening thing in your neck of the woods…

I wish you a spooktacular Halloween!

Yeah, yeah… “Don’t give up your day job, Chris”.

Heard it before, but: Nyah, nyah… too late…

I DID give up my day job!
