“I’d NEVER call my business THAT! It’s just NOT professional.”
I think I say that to myself because I’m secretly jealous when I see a cool business name that someone else came up with.
And then I look at the name that I trade with… “Chris Milham”… and wonder if I couldn’t spice things up a bit.
There’s some fantastic names out there.
I smile every time I see these…
… Surelock Homes
… Sew It Seams
… Jack the Clipper
I must say… I’m particularly impressed when creative names like these are both clear about what the business does… AND if they squeeze in a benefit as well.
They may have a “corniness” factor to them.
But, what they lose in appearing “professional” they more than make up for in being…
MEMORABLE!
The ones I mentioned all indicate what they do. AND they tell you something about the owner.
It sounds like they’re a pretty fun human being, if you ask me. And that puts people at ease.
Maybe my naming of things has gotten a little stale lately. And I need to go back to my first product to get some inspiration. 🤔
It has a quirky edge to it.
And is probably a fun read for people who like my email writing style.
It’s called…
The Lazybones Method of Easy Content Creation
I think that name wraps up some fun — with a benefit — quite nicely.
But of course I’d say that! 😉
