“Planes didn’t fall from the sky?”

This email is late.

Well… later than I expected. Or planned.

But I’m kinda transitioning back from holiday mode.

So… yeah… it’s late 😁

I remembered what one of my first subscribers said to me, early last year. When I sent an email starting with…

‘This morning I woke up to the thought: “I forgot to send my email last night!”‘

(And there was a bit more self-flagellation from there on in.)

So he replied…

What!?

Markets didn’t crash?

Planes didn’t fall from the sky?

Chris is human and it’s …ok?

Who’d a thunk it? 😏

He’s on the money. For sure.

(And a bloody cheeky sod, too!)

Although I wear my “Daily Emailer” badge with pride. And it’s a strategic habit I enjoy — a lot…

Being late (or not showing up for a day at all) really isn’t a big deal in the scheme of things.

Because I’ll be there tomorrow. And the next day. Ad infinitum.

You know, it’s a good thing when people notice your emails aren’t there as expected.

Because it’s a reminder of the relationships you’re gradually building. It shows subscribers appreciate what you’re sharing. And your emails are making a real difference.

It’s humbling to know I’m not just emailing into the void.

And a wonderful motivation boost.

So, I’ll continue turning up every day of 2025 with tips, encouragement, and a bit of fun…

To help you grow an email list of subscribers you enjoy serving. Where, bit by bit, you build strong relationships. And foster loyal customers.
