So…
If I shift my office into our cold, cluttered, creepy garage (hey, I needed 3 “Cs” for that epic feat of alliteration 😜)…
Will that help me make it?
Apart from giving the rats another reason to complain to the residents association…
I doubt it’ll nudge anything forward in my business. Not even an inch.
Sure, I may feel good about doing something. And having a change of scenery.
That is… until the real winter snap arrives. 🥶
Instead of dreaming what could be if I found new homes for the tools, bikes, tents, chainsaws, wood, and general paraphernalia…
And set up shop as the next garage-launched mega-corp…
I reckon I’ll make more progress just reading one of the quotes from the back of my door, like…
“Success is 95% mindset. 5% skill.”
And then using that little pep-up to help tick off another todo item.
Today it’s about churning through some client work.
Then can get back to my own stuff tomorrow… without that load of client stuff on my mind.
It’s a nice buzz to tick off things.
One thing I put a line through a couple of weeks ago… that had been around for a while is… getting my “blog” set up.
I say it in quotes, because it’s really my emails… blogified.
A nifty thing BerserkerMail does is copy every email I send to WordPress (my website software).
So I can simply find my email waiting there as a draft post.
I just need to change the CTA. Then hit “Publish.”
All that can be done in a matter of seconds.
I think it’s a very cool way to easily repurpose emails.
